DecorateMyRoom.ai ("we") is operated by MELK GROUP LTD. This policy explains what we collect when you use decoratemyroom.ai.

What we collect

• Room photos you upload and the redesigns we generate. We remove location (GPS) and other metadata from photos on upload.
• An anonymous account ID stored in a cookie so we can count your free redesigns and credits.
• Purchase records (plan, date, amount). Card details are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your card number.
• Basic technical data such as a hashed IP address for abuse prevention.

How we use it

To generate your redesign, provide what you paid for, prevent abuse, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information. Please upload photos of rooms, not people.

Service providers

Your photo is sent to an AI image provider (for example Cloudflare Workers AI or Google Gemini) only to create your redesign, and payments are processed by our payment provider (for example Paddle or Stripe). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Retention

Uploaded photos and generated images are deleted automatically after 7 days. Purchase records are kept as required for tax and accounting.

Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete your data at [email protected]. Residents of Canada, the EU/UK and certain US states may have additional rights, which we honor.
